Shipping policy

We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery, and strive to provide our customers with the best shipping options available. To ensure that your package arrives safely, we offer shipping insurance that protects against loss, damage, and theft.

We are pleased to offer free UPS 2-Day Expedited shipping with an adult signature requirement (exclusions apply to PO Box and APO/military base addresses - see below) for standard orders. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can easily monitor the status of your shipment.

For US PO Box shipping addresses, we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Military base shipping addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery times varying between 1-8 weeks depending on your customs/receiving department.

We begin processing all orders placed before 9 a.m. PST on a business day the same day. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing time, For made-to-order  and custom peices  please allow at least 4-12 weeks of production time.
